By creating an account or using r4wRun, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity on your account. Give accurate details, keep your login secure, and make sure you are old enough to accept these terms in your country.

r4wRun lets you post content — profiles, photos, event news, chat messages, and uploaded activities. You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a licence to display it within the app.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, and sexually explicit or violent content are strictly prohibited.

• We may remove any content and suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.
• You can report objectionable content and block abusive users directly within the app. Reports are reviewed and acted on promptly, normally within 24 hours.

When using r4wRun, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or results.
• Disrupt, overload, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share.

r4wRun offers an optional paid Premium tier. It is billed and managed through your r4wRun account, and is not required to use the core features of the app.

r4wRun is provided on an 'as is' basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Race results and timings are managed by event organizers and may contain errors.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You can stop using the app whenever you like.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version; continued use of r4wRun after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
